Where do you ship?
As a small business, we regret we can no longer accept UK orders. This is due to the advance costs and complexities imposed by Brexit. We can list selected items on other large platforms on request, though.
With this exception, we ship anywhere in the world. Shipping includes tracking and insurance cover.
We generally use La Poste’s Colissimo International service, as we find it reliable, fast and competitively priced. Once an item is shipped, you’ll receive the tracking number, so you can follow the parcel’s progress from France to its destination.
How long does it take?
The Covid pandemic continues to disrupt shipping in ways we can’t predict, so please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive.
In ‘normal’ times, delivery generally takes 3-8 days, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping can also be arranged if you need to receive an item fast – please contact us for a quote.
What about fragile items?
We are very experienced in packing glass, ceramics and other fragile items. We use a combination of bubblewrap, polystyrene and additional padding, according to the weight band. Naturally, the most vulnerable objects are sent double boxed for extra protection.
Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?
Yes, we do. Our items come in various shapes and sizes, but wherever sensible, we’ll combine shipping on items, passing the saving on to you. As our website cannot calculate shipping and insurance for multiple items, we may to contact you if there is a supplement to pay.
