Second empire bronze light fixture
An antique Second Empire bronze ceiling light fixture, French, 1860s-70s.
The mount is in gilt bronze and is elegantly moulded with acanthus leaves at the ceiling rose.
The shade is in moulded and cut glass. It takes a B22 bayonet candle bulb.
Height 11 ¾ inches / 30cm.
Very good condition. Some nibbles around the fitter part of the shade, minor, hidden.
