Superb Crown Derby cobalt blue gilt vase with twin scroll handles, late 19th century.
Lavishly gilded and hand decorated using 22ct gold on a cobalt blue ground with flowers, tendrils and butterflies.
Marked on the base with Crown Derby mark in iron red with half moon underneath, which places it around 1884.
Height : 7 inches / 18cm
Width including handles : 5 inches / 13.5cm
Superb condition. Some tiny loss of gilt around the handles. No restoration.
