A French Art Deco brooch in gilt bronze from around 1925.
It’s beautifully engraved with a mythological scene, a faun-child holding a fawn. Signed R.Thenot, a well-known French engraver who specialised in mythological scenes. Marked ‘BRONZE’ on the rim.
